Aji Relleno, estilo Dominicano
4 ajies dulces de los grandes (rojos y verdes) ; 5 masitas de carne de res
5 masitas de carne de cerdo ; 4 pedasitos de pechuga de pollo sin hueso
1 cucharadita de pasas ; 2 tasas de queso mosarella rallado
1 tomate de perita ; sazones de tu gusto para guisar
1 cucharadita de azucar( para dorar la carne) ; 1 tasa de salsa de tomate
1/2 tasa de vino blanco seco ; 2 cucharadas de aceite
Sazonar toda la carne (dejar reposar); picar los ajies por la parte superior y
limpiarlos por dentro; poner a calentar el aceite y sofreir la carne, agrega el azucar hasta que consigas color; agregar la salsa de tomate y el vino se deja a fuego medio por 15 o 20 min, cuando la carne esta cocinada se muele en la moledora de carne ; se agregan las pasas. Para rellenar le hechas relleno hasta la mitad del aji , le pones una rodaja de tomate y queso , le hechas relleno otra vez y terminas con queso ; lo pones por 20 minutos a 350 g en el horno y por 4 min en broil.
